Data, purposes and legal bases
Technical requests include your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. They serve to display and secure the website, based on the legitimate interest in presenting and protecting the activity. A voluntary email provides your address, message and attachments: we use them to answer your enquiry, based on legitimate interests or requested pre-contractual steps, as applicable. Handling data-subject rights follows a legal obligation. Provide only necessary data; your message does not provide general consent to marketing.
Recipients and providers
Vercel Pro provides the hosting used for this website. The owner handles correspondence; Cloudflare manages DNS and Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to a personal Gmail account (Google). Its destination address remains private. This service is subject to Google’s terms, not a Google Workspace agreement. Providers process the data needed for their services according to their respective roles and policies.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while handling the request and reviewed when it is closed; messages no longer needed are deleted. An annual review of remaining correspondence complements this process. Only material needed for an obligation or dispute is archived separately, with a recorded reason, restricted access and a deadline tied to that need. Providers’ technical logs support their operation and security: retention depends on their policies and the services concerned; no unverified duration is stated here.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Vercel, Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EEA. Their privacy information describes the transfer mechanisms they use for the relevant services, including standard contractual clauses or adequacy frameworks where applicable. This does not guarantee exclusively European hosting or a particular configuration for this project. You may ask the controller for information relevant to your correspondence.
Your rights
Write to the contact above to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or, where applicable, portability. Identify the relevant correspondence without routinely attaching an identity document. Proportionate verification may be needed where there is reasonable doubt. The controller locates the data, handles the request and explains the response within the statutory one-month period; any legally permitted extension and its reasons are notified within that period. You may complain to the CNIL. No DPO is appointed.
Cookies and links
The website offers no accounts, forms, payments or newsletter, and no analytics, advertising or pixels. Its code sets no cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. Fonts and images are served locally; the language is part of the URL. Email and LinkedIn links contain no widgets or tracking. External websites apply their own policies. The private review separately uses Vercel Authentication. This policy will be updated if these uses change.
